Very Active = 2.5 - 3 Hours A Day
Active = 1.5 - 2 Hours A Day
Moderate Active = 45 Minutes - 1 Hour A Day
Low Active = 30 Minutes A Day
Sedentary = Couch Potato
Holy crap!
Since I started hitting the gym every other day and working 3-4 days a week running around a video store, I’m now classified as Moderate Active. Who would’ve thunk? According to this I should be eating a lot more calories than I am normally. This is interesting.
